Not that any of these methods are bad or totally ineffective. The real magic, I’ve found, lies in working on four areas simultaneously – your meditative focus, your breathing, your stretching, your energy, and your thought patterns.


I guarantee our way of pulling things all together and moving energy through your body will change your way of thinking and living – for good.

For starters, you’ll agree to “sit” at least 20 minutes per day, for 56 days. We’ll show you how. We’re into zazen (sitting, meditating) in a big way, but without the bells, whistles, and hoops. Ours is a simple approach — simply sitting.


Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn to “sit” properly, and to learn to focus your attention. You’ll learn walking meditation, how to deal with distractions, and how to be at peace on your “cushion.”


This is Darbella’s “wheelhouse.” She’s been ‘playing” at Qi Gong since 1990.


Darbella continues to deepen her practice of this ancient Chinese energy work. She teaches this easy-to-learn practice with kindness and comp ion.


Qi Gong is counter-intuitive. Not much seems to be going on, and yet there is a subtle shift in both the flow of energy and one’s ability to “move your body.” In a sense, the movements teach our body how to function best, and we thereby eliminate wasted movement and improve bodily efficiency.


We thought we were teaching these stretches to help you with “sitting” flexibility, so you can “sit” with little or no pain. What really happens is that you’ll gain life flexibility!” It’s a hidden bonus!
