Improve the performance of your body and mind and learn to recognize your soul through yoga/meditation with special emphasis on Chakra Yoga. The performance of our body and mind largely depends on how we nurtured it and the efforts we put in to invigorate and to keep our cons ution healthy. Proper food, rest and yoga/meditation will, without fail do the job. The basic input required for our mind and body is soaking in the life force or prana energy through the network of energy channels and the seven dominant energy centers or chakras. It is believed that there are innumerable energy channels but the seven chakras are most dominant and in control of the functioning of most important parts of human body.
It is an unique process of breathing devices i.e. Pranayamas combined with various postures i.e. Asanas, Mudras & Mantras where Body & Mind are fully involved with action. Our mind is always unstable and fleeting. It cannot stay at a single place for long time. Often in our life – we say “I didn’t hear or I didn’t see you – because – I was unmindful” – though my eyes or ears were not closed. So, it is obvious that body and mind do not work in coordination all the time.
Anindya Meditation is designed to purify the psychic channels i.e. Nadis, through which Kundalini energy that is the serpent power which is believed to be ‘coiled up’ at the base of the spine and Prana (Life-Force or Vital Energy) flow. Actually Nadi signifies a channel, allowing the p age of vital energy of Prana. Among the countless Nadis, there are three primary nadis (channels) for the flow of this energy. These three main Nadis are situated along the spinal column. The IDA is on the left side, the PINGALA is on the right side and the SUSHUMNA is in the middle. Inhaling by the right nostril produces heat in the body, and so considered as solar channel or Surya Nadi or Pingala Nadi. Inhaling by the left nostril produces cold in the body and so considered as lunar channel or Chandra Nadi or IDA Nadi.
It is essential to balance the flow of energy between the IDA and PINGALA channels which run alongside and inter-twine the spine.

Anindya is a very knowledgeable yoga-meditation teacher. This video procedure has given me the ability to center myself and relax in a particular moment. I am now teaching others what I learnt from my yoga teacher.
