Matt Jordan is a strength and physiology consultant with the Canadian Sport Centre-Calgary and he also runs Jordan Strength Athlete Development which is his Calgary based company. Matt is the personal strength coach to numerous World and Olympic medalists, and has worked with elite athletes in many sports. Throughout his career, Matt has been involved with over 30 World championship and Olympic medal performances, and he has helped many developing athletes and members of the general public with their health, fitness and performance goals. Matt is a lecturer in the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary and has published many articles on strength and conditioning for athletes. He has also presented at National and International conferences on strength training methods for high performance athletes.


C andra Forsythe holds her PhD in Exercise Science and Nutrition and is a Registered Die ian – an expert in nutrition and health. She’s also holds her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and several other fitness certifications such as Functional Movement Screen I (FMS), Kettlebell Athletics, and Ultimate Sandbag Training. She has authored two nationally published books for women, “The New Rules of Lifting for Women”, and “Women’s Health Perfect Body Diet”. She has also been featured in major magazines such as Oxygen, Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Delta Sky Magazine and is an Advisory Board member for Women’s Health magazine, PrecisionNutrition.com and Livestrong.com. Coach Robert dos Remedios has been involved in strength and conditioning for over 23 years. After completing his compe ive football career at the University of California, Berkeley in 1988, he began training athletes on a full-time basis.


“Coach Dos” has a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics from California State University, Northridge, has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA since 1990, and is one of only 100 “Master Strength & Conditioning Coaches” (MSCC) in the world as recognized by CSCCa.


Coach Dos is a sought after international speaker on a variety of conditioning topics such as Program Design, Cardio-Strength Training, Olympic Weightlifting applications, Sport-speed development, Explosive training, and CHAOS™ Speed Training. Coach Dos serves as Director of Speed, Strength & Conditioning @ College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, CA, a position he has held since 1999.

Dr Emily Splichal, Podiatrist and Human Movement Specialist, is the Founder of the Evidence Based Fitness Academy and Creator of the Barefoot Training Specialist Certification for health and wellness professionals. With over 11 years in the fitness industry, Dr Splichal has dedicated her medical career towards studying postural alignment and human movement as it relates to foot function and barefoot training.
